This place has its fair share of petty, insignificant brats, that it's not even worth being a part of this community anymore.  I have a word of warning for anyone.  If you have something to say, make damn sure you have someone who is willing to back you up, lest you are overrun by selfish little dingbats who go around getting upset just because you don't like their works of art.  Poor little baby who couldn't take what I had to say turned it into an all out wah'fest.

For the record, if you can't take a so called flame, get the fuck out of the kitchen.

Secondly, *NEVER* assume that everyone who sees your art is going to like it.  There is always someone out there who is going to have a say.  Just like they have the basic right to.  And if someone comes back at you for stating your opinion, remember, they always feel much better about themselves when they have other people doing their fighting for them.

This is called retaliation.  She's insulting me in her journal.  I'm surprised she knows how to copy and paste when she doesn't even know what the "Operating system" question here on D.A. means.

At least I have the common decency not to put her name here.  It's not out of respect, because I have none for her, but because I do believe in common decency.  The so called fight would have been over if her little buddy hadn't jumped in and put in her two cents.  I believe that this girl and I were settling the argument like human beings.

Some people can't stand to mind their own fucking business and that pisses me off.  So, as I leave this account, I leave this as well.   It isn't right that she can come out of this looking like the little victim.  I've seen a ton of people like her, they always feel better when they're feeling bad and dumped on.  They get a sense of self satisfaction when people they have never met come running to their rescue.  Chances are, they aren't able to see past their own faces either.

I stand by the fact that I am a true yaoi fan.  I believe in adversity in character pairings, but I hold to the fact that with so many brotherXbrother pairings and sisterXsister pairings, that makes true yaoi fans, you know, the ones who have a life out side of the anime, but still dedicate as much time to it as they can, look bad.

It's a very sad world where these kids can come on, act like they expect the world to be handed to them on a silver platter, then pout and whine when someone doesn't agree with them on the favorite topic of their choice.  They feel they are obligated to be put on a pedistal and patted on the little head and told that they are talented.

I'm sorry to say, but that's not the real world and if some people can't deal with the real world, well... I think they need to re-evaluate their attitudes and get over it.

I can take a flame.  I've taken them in the past and actually, I used to post them on my website so my friends could laugh at them too.  But there is a difference between flaming and attacks.  This girl is (or her friends) are attacking, name calling and bashing.  Am I petty for doing this?  No.  Why?  Because I don't like being pushed around by kids who's parents think it's a good idea for the net to babysit their kids.  Did they win for running me off of this site?  No.  I think their true, ugly natures came out with this little deal.

And I gotta say.  What goes around comes around.  She never took into account that people, when offended, will speak more with their hearts than their heads.

And for the record, a friend gave me a link to the so called 'art' that I disagreed with through AIM, I didn't willingly go into her account, click on the thumbnail, then make that comment.
